10S Factors
Easy, comprehensive and convincing
Extensive and expensive examinations often fail to establish a baseline for people's health and wellbeing, and it can be difficult to know how to act on them effectively - for both you and your clients.
This tool enables you, as a healthcare practitioner or any other position where people consult you in this area, to produce informative illustrations for your clients that they will easily be able to interpret for themselves.
This process allows you and your client to decide what the information means to them and where it inspires them to make changes
- if at all.
A core principle of this system is, therefore, to allow a person to decide where education and efforts - including their own - are best placed in the progression towards clear health goals. This is defined by what they choose as being most important to achieve better health, improved quality of life, or simply greater wellbeing.
There are two parts to this process:
1. Four physical examinations / tests.
2. Six health and lifestyle questions
- all of which can be performed in about 20 minutes - followed by a 10-minute consultation on the results and their implication.
The object of this survey is to point out the relevance of
the 10 'S-factors' in a way that makes your client inspired and interested towards making a positive change to their overall health and wellbeing.
The tool will graphically illustrate shortfalls most people are aware of, but in a way that makes sense of where and how to rectify them.
